As many of you know the MOULa self account creation process has been offline for several months now. The account creation process has been under attack and well, we are so busy with Obduction that we have not been able to fend off these attacks except to disable the process.
We are sorry if this caused you grief, please bear with us.
Please do not reply to this post asking for an account but do go to cyan support at http://support.cyan.com/
However, I would like to announce that we found a way to open up the "Password reset" without opening up the account creation. http://account.mystonline.com/accounts/reset.php
Also, we have disabled all unused accounts (accounts that were created but never logged into) and accounts that have not been used since the Sept, 2014 database crash. If you are trying to access one of these old accounts and you get the error message "Account Not Activated" then please contact support at http://support.cyan.com/.
Thanks,
Chogon

The release date for Obduction is coming up fast (YIKES!!!) and we are putting all of our focus on that.
Which means we have not been able to put much focus on MOULa and it’s account creation system (or the lack thereof). This is especially true for requests for new accounts or activation of old accounts. In the meantime, if you need assistance with MOULa accounts, please create a ticket at http://support.cyan.com/ You will get an “auto-response” but please be patient, as you may not get a real response until after Obduction is released.
Thanks!

As far as support.cyan.com - it went through a tragic database crash and was not able to be restored. For now, please just send emails to support@cyan.com for support.
Thanks,
