passage de Rand Miller dans le Live,
mais pas de nouvelles vraiment nouvelles...
mais pas de nouvelles vraiment nouvelles...
Rand waves hello
Rand: I dont have too much time. But iy's always fun to drop in.
Rand: Things are small at Cyan but we're keeping a few people busy
Rand: Thank you all for so much support!
Rand: We're trying to wrap up Riven for iPhone. It's soooo big.
Robbyn: Are you going to be able to port the games to the Android phones sometime?
Rand: We're talking about android stuff - we just have pretty small staff now.
ericbr: Hey Rand, thank you. For not giving up on this community
Rand: Thank you guys for not giviung up
ericbr: Heh, yeh, Soooo... Open source huh? ETA?
Rand: We're still trying to figure out what stuff we need to pull out of the code for licensing reasons.
Then we'll let you guys build away
Lyimah: Talk about riven please!!
Rand: Riven for iPhone - mostly done. A few more fixes and lots of testing.
ericbr: Rand, Do you think that URU can grow enough to become a revenue stream even if just by donation? Have you considered "microtransactions" like other F2P mmo's?
Rand: We're just hoping it stays alive until we can actually spend some time with it.
Then we can add user content and maybe some of our own and figure out ways to keep it going.
