I just had the same problem. The quick workaround is to add

to your hosts file (/etc/hosts on Mac OS X, C : \WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts on Windows).

Apparently file.urulive.com, which the updater is looking for, has vanished from DNS. The addresses above are what file.mystonline.com and auth.mystonline.com resolve to.
